How to structure first team member hire

Hey everyone! I am on the presopose of hiring on my first licenced agent and am curious how you all have structured these relationships. I really need him to help with CMA's, Showings, managing my data base, marketing and more. How do you pay or structure an arrangement like this? I welcome your input.
