Hey there, working on getting my Real Estate License in Missouri to help better my understanding of processes, terms and fundamentals in Real Estate.

Just pass the exam first to get a license. Learning will be on the job. Buy the crash course/ exam prep and study those. It's impossible to study all the content so focus on exam materials.
