New brokerage, considering 100% commission model

Hi,

I'm considering leaving my current brokerage, Sotheby's.  I don't feel like the split is worth it.  I've set my business up differently, so I'm not utilizing their services like the other agents.  I use my own branded marketing, have my own CRM, pay for my leads via CINC, and have a TC and an admin.  I work from home and don't use their office space.  I aim to hire 2-3 buyer agents in the next 6-8 months.  I'm also part of a coaching/mentor program that is separate from the brokerage.  I feel like my situation would be a good fit for a 100% commission brokerage.  I haven't left yet because I like getting in touch with my broker when I have a question or need guidance on a tricky situation.  I've been looking at Ashby & Graff, Big Block, and Balboa.  eXp might even be one to consider, but again, I won't use most of their systems.  Does anyone here have experience with a 100% commission brokerage?  I'd love to hear your feedback.  Thanks!
