Newly licensed agent looking for a good firm.

Does anyone know of a great firm to join in Florida, near Tampa? I am newly licensed and more concerned with training than anything else. I will be going back to school after summer so I need either very low fees or an option to hang my license during the semester and work throughout the summers. Any feedback would be awesome.
