I have a client who is listing 25 separate vacant pieces of land throughout the state of Florida. I am wondering if I should be speaking to builders, investors or someone else to help get these properties off of the market. 

I recently came into 25 listings of vacant land in Pasco, Lake, Charlotte and Citrus county in Florida. These listings are all from one seller and she wants to move them asap. Does anyone know of a great firm to join in Florida, near Tampa? I am newly licensed and more concerned with training than anything else. I will be going back to school after summer so I need either very low fees or an option to hang my license during the semester and work throughout the summers. Any feedback would be awesome.

Is there any areas in FL that seem like they could be great opportunities for long term holds? Does anyone have any experience with rental property ownership and could share their experience in areas that are great / terrible for long term investing? I am new to Florida and I am just doing some research for now and would appreciate any insight from more experienced investors.
