Hi everyone, I've been lurking for a couple of months and decided it was a great time to introduce myself. I've been a landlord for almost 7 years, and it's time to expand my portfolio. I'm licensed in NC but I live out of state at the moment. I've spotted a property that I'm interested in near the Charlotte/Concord area, and am looking for a local agent that can help me with the deal. Recommendations are appreciated. Thanks!
