Investors Contacting Agents for “Feelers”

As an agent, how have you addressed investors contacting you about properties in your market? They have contacted several agents in different cities, so they’re just trying to see what’s out there.

If you don’t have any pocket listings, are you putting in a lot of work to find properties knowing they are not your clients and may not have any proof of funds.

Just wanting to see how other agents address this. Thanks in advance.

Investors will work with many realtors to find a deal. Realtors want to work with investors who are loyal, thus they will send good deals first to the loyal investors.
