Objections from your investors? What have you seen recently and what have you said to combat that?

All of what Bruce said. Biggest thing we are doing to combat is going under and asking for closing. Here in KC we didn't see a crazy upswing compared to Coastal markets and markets where people migrated to so we aren't seeing a huge drop/decline. The rental market is still hot so it helps with the higher interest rates.
