Are New Builds The Way To Go?
Hey agents! I just read an article by the WSJ talking about how investors are getting bulk deals from homebuilders. Lots of macroeconomic factors are in play. The nutshell version looks like rates are becoming too high for traditional homebuyers, and builders are now more inclined to throw investors a 10%-15% deal. Is anyone seeing this in their market?
