Looking for an agent that is also an investor
Hello - I am looking to work with an agent that has a few investment properties of their own as I look to purchase my first investment property.
I am focusing on a cash-flow approach, primarily looking at SFR and already pre-approved. Initially, I was looking in Northwest Arkansas, but open to learning more about markets in the mid-west.
Please reach out if you are an agent in an area that would be ideal for a cash-flow investment.
Antonio
Hey Antonio. My team and I are investors and agents in NWA. We would love to help you with your first deal. I will DM you.
Hey @Antonio Reybol, Jr.! I'm a realtor in Russellville, AR. We're a relatively small market, but still a good market for investors. I'd be happy to help you find something around here! I own a few properties myself (LTRs).

If you’re looking in the Midwest, I would refer @Moe Ibrahim in Columbus, @Chase Mills in Springfield, @Joe Hammel in Detroit. And whenever you become more area specific, let me know. I have agent contacts all over.
HI I'm an investor and Investors friendly Realtor in Columbus OH. How can I assist?
@Antonio Reybol, Jr.
If you are looking to invest out of state in the Midwest, I would definitely recommend Columbus OH. It's a solid hybrid market of cash flow and appreciation. Columbus has lots of job opportunities and population growth.

@Antonio Reybol, Jr. why wouldn't you work with an agent at a property management company?

Thank you Sherri :). Antonio, I hope that you have found a few great agents based on the comments that were posted. If you have not, I am an agent and investor in the Springfield, Missouri area. We cover most of SW Missouri. I'll send you a connection request just in case.
South Dakota here- Rapid City area specifically slated for much growth (fastest growing city in the Midwest!) and huge Air Force Base expansion going on bringing more growth. Black Hills in general presently at a 1% vacancy and seeing a lot of growth and persistent tourism. Message me for more info!
