Hey All,

Does anyone have firsthand recommendations of real estate agents in the Indianapolis area?

- Please, *only first-hand experience*

- It is important to me that the agent could estimate the repair costs.

- Have a decent amount of available properties (We are looking to purchase more than one property)

We are looking to buy our first property in the upcoming month.
