Have any other agents successfully leveraged virtual assistants when canvassing / cold calling commercial properties?

Would love to hear from other's experiences and insights - all feedback welcome.

I don't leverage on cold calling/texting multi family/commercial, I do it personally and it works well. I think in these spaces you need to be the one to call. Single family you can get away with it but commercial/multi family is run more of a business. Owners of these assets I could see being turned off by this. You could hire VA's for mailing or those things to help get more phone calls/appointments. Just my 2 cents.
