Hello all,

My name is Nico Alianiello I’m 20 years old and I just passed my state exam and received my Florida License. I’m super excited to dive into real estate but I’d like some feedback on where to start and what to prioritize. What should I look for in a brokerage? What should a brokerage look for in me? As I save and prepare for the initial expenses of becoming an active licensee is there anything I can do to jumpstart my business? Feel free to drop all suggestions and tips below! I look forward to reading all of your replies.
