Relocating and I don't know much about the area
Hello BP family,
I am relocating to El Paso, Texas in May. With that being said I want to be a commercial real estate agent and it would be my first year. Can someone give me some advice on the market? Is this a good market to be in commercial or is it better for residential? Also, with it being my first year in a new area can someone give me some advice on some good brokerages that focus on training in the area? Thank you!
