Working with Cash Buyers
I am an agent here in the Birmingham market that works with cash buyers. With the prices of homes rising rapidly as well as growing interest rates, have you seen seller's more likely to work with a cash buyer? Or is there something specific in the contract that makes it more appealing? Such as covering closing costs, short closing period, no inspection, etc. Would love to hear some thoughts!
