I am looking to connect with someone that has experience flipping homes in the Birmingham area. Whether you are currently doing deals or have past experience, I would love to ask some questions and hear your thoughts on the current market. 

With sellers still trying to get peak pricing and buyers reluctant to chase, what areas are you starting to find good deals to use the BRRRR method? I love the Roebuck/Huffman area but sometimes the ARVs are too low for the renovation to make sense. Any thoughts?

Hey Jason, 

It is smart to look at all options on the table even if that means switching the location. I work in the Birmingham market daily with BRRRR investors and have started to find more deals with seller's becoming more eager to sell. I will send you a dm so we can connect further!
