Hey all! I am new to the Duluth MN area and I am overwhelmed by the amount of realtors in the area. No doubt they all have their strengths but I am looking for a real estate agent that specialized in investment properties. Does anyone have any recommendations or know of a way to look up and see which agents deal with investment properties? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
