I am new to the area and looking for a real estate attorney to do the closing documents on a For Sale By Owner home. I am the buyer and we have already secured financing and have an agreed upon price between both myself and the seller. If anyone has any recommendations that would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for a free website to look up foreclosures in the the area, does this exist? Seems they all want credit card information. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am about to close on a flip property and I am trying to get all of the supplies in order before closing. Does anyone know of a good place online to purchase supplies in bulk online for a reasonable price? Items such as hardware, outlet covers, light fixtures, caulking, window blinds, painting supplies, etc. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
