As a newer agent in CT, with a full time job and not a lot of money toss around on leads; are there any tips for building a social media following? Despite my young age I've never been all that invested in online posting; so simply of thinking what kind of things to post, tags to use, captions to create is all very new to me and any help would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to any all responses, thank you!

Consistency is greater than what you post especially starting it out. You will look back in 5 years and laugh at some of your posts but you only get good with repetition. I recommend making a content calendar where you post twice a week. when an idea comes to you put it in the calendar and see if you can fill up a month or 2 and then take a few hours and make and schedule all your posts. Follow other agents on social media and see if you can get any ideas from what they are doing. Also love Gary Vee's 1.80 strategy. Go google it. If all else fails and you do not know what to post just start doing that
