Lease Renewal Agreement

Hello,

I’m wondering what is the term of the Original Lease for this renewal time? Because this year will be the 2nd time I use the Renewal Agreement for this tenants.

Last year 2021, tenants signed the Lease Renewal Agreement, and at that time, the Original Lease was the one in 2020.

And this year 2022, I’m planning to let the tenants sign for the Lease Renewal Agreement, instead of a full Lease Agreement again. But I’m not sure what should I write for the term date of Original Lease this time, should I write the 2020 or 2021?

Because there is only one change for this term is the higher rent, all terms and conditions of the original lease will remain the same. So I decided to let them go with the 1 page Renewal Agreement instead of a whole full Lease Agreement (lots of pages).
