There are three different financial tests you must pass to get your requested rent with SEC 8.  People ask this question so often on BP I wrote the info in a blog to save my fingers from typing the same thing over and over.  I included the answer to your question plus lots of tips and tools.  You can check it out here?  https://www.biggerpockets.com/...
