I have 2 parcels of land. One in Warrenton, NC that is about 3 acres and one in Henderson, NC that is a little over 6 acres. I am not sure what to do with these lots. I am thinking about putting mobile homes on them and renting them out but I am not sure where to start with a project like this. What other options do I have with these lots? Where do I start? What would you do with the lots. The lot in Henderson, NC is near Kerr Lake. Thanks for your feedback.

As a new investor, I have put together a system that consists of a customized Podio CRM, smrtphone dialer, propstream, batchleads, printgenie and a carrot site. The problem is...I really don't know how to implement this system or how to market my website. I hired a VA who is starting the process for me but I would like to understand what's going on from A to Z. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am interested in connecting with investors who are also agents. Do you mind sharing your scripts? I would love to know how you present your service as an investor who can also help them as an agent if needed, when you are cold calling. I am a seasoned agent who just recently started investing. I have done 2 JV deals and I am looking to do more on the investment side this year.
