Agent-Inverstor Friendly Brokers

Hello again BP,

After some careful consideration I have decided to get a license here in Maryland. I saw a post recently where several agents in Maryland where discussing brokers who were supportive to agents who want to primarily invest. Somehow I cannot find it now. The 100%, no desk duty, types. I do not mind doing what is required deal wise for them, but I primarily want to be free and on my own investing and working with other investors. Anyone know any good ones? I am familiar with Douglas Realty.

Me personally I run a team on Capitol Hill out of Kw office, I don't do any work for them I'm 100% independent, the only time I come to the office is when I need to use the conference room or make copies. I'm mostly in the street meeting sellers. The commission split isn't too bad because its on a scale 50/50 on first 6 deals, then 70/30, then you go to 100% after you reach your office cap other fees do apply but all very minimum.
