Advice on First Flip

I'm able to use a friend's money interest free to flip my first house in Kansas City. I'll be using a construction loan for all renovations. What are some pro tips or advice on my first flip? Not looking to spend more than 200k on the first house, but hoping to just flip and sell. Hoping to do paint and floors myself, along with any kitchen and bathroom upgrades needed. I'll use a crew after that depending on what the loan allows.
