I am looking to know the best way to prospect for new investor clients. We sell hundreds of houses a year at New Western Acquisitions, and I am looking for more buyers. How did you do it and what can I move toward?

Everyone knows the market right now is great for selling. I've seen properties sell in thirty minutes at the company I'm with. I am looking for anyone that has tips for maintaining efficiency with high volume of sell. I am also looking for tips in how to maintain such pace constantly getting houses sent out to my investors.

I'm able to use a friend's money interest free to flip my first house in Kansas City. I'll be using a construction loan for all renovations. What are some pro tips or advice on my first flip? Not looking to spend more than 200k on the first house, but hoping to just flip and sell. Hoping to do paint and floors myself, along with any kitchen and bathroom upgrades needed.
