Hey there rehab investors.  Icame across someone who said they used a 0% interest apr credit card to rehab a property.  Wondering your thoughts on that to leverage the rehab expenses side of things if you're low on cash/capital and the rehab costs are a couple thousand dollars?

Any other creative ways that you came across financing would be very much appreciated.  Thank you.
