CRM for Email & Text Drip Campaigns

Does anyone know of a proficient CRM that would be able to perform automated campaigns for all residences of the household? Currently, have OLM which does not have the function (yet), and another database that only allows to campaign to one property owner. Our website is with Investor Carrot but needs to ensure I am hitting all data points of contact. Thank you for your time.

@Brandon Stock This is a really good idea!  So you're asking for ability to have follow up sequences run for multiple contacts associated with a given lead?

We will be adding this to our development roadmap.  Love the idea. :) Thanks.
