How do you find inherited properties?

Thomas Waski
Posted

Hey All,

I've heard that, at times and for various reasons, families are willing to sell inherited homes under market value. This feels like it may be a win win in some situations.

I've Googled how to find inherited properties but haven't gotten a clear answer from the buying standpoint. Plenty of ads or sites for selling but not so much buying.

How do y'all find inherited properties?

Thank You,

T

@Thomas Waski Family members who live out of the area and not interested in spiffing up the place, reveal themselves with poor photos and uninformative descriptions. Photos of untidy apartments, like the seller doesn't care. Or a description saying, 'new roof around 10 years ago,' because they can remember that a roof was installed but wasn't engaged in the details. I found one on craigslist and 2 on the MLS.
