I wanted to ask if a tenant is Texas has right to end the lease term early if the management doesn't not fix the issue in apartment since 10 months of request?

Following this post. I would also like to know if the snowball strategy they describe is sustainable. In the presentation they provide, they never consider the interest that needs to be paid on the borrowed money. I am curious about how that works.

Hi @Jerryll Noorden, Can a person on F-1 buy rental properties instead of wholesaling it? 

It also came to light that the area has a lot of crime? Is it true? 

@Jeff He, I am looking for both. 

@Dave E. I looked at the area through google maps and the property had all the amenities nearby, and there was a school. Amazon fulfillment center and has the world's first hotel chain, so some historic value as well. Hub of FedEx. 

@Sam Wilson This will be a turnkey property. But I wanted a second opinion of that location.  Thank you for your response
