Hello BP community, I’m very reserve individual trying to learn how to invest in real estate, I’ve been trying to learn the formulas on my own but I have to be honest, I don’t know if Im running the numbers correctly and in order to achieve my goals I need some help. I work 2nd shift which limit myself from attending to meetups. I currently own a house and I have savings for an investment property, I hope to hear from anyone is willing to help out, thanks in advance.

Hey brother! Seeing that you are in NC, I would be happy to help you run numbers and answer any questions. Although in different markets, let me know what I can do to help out!

As a new investor it is okay to be overwhelmed or have questions... same rules apply for an experienced investor. BUT learn the numbers (numbers don't lie) and the game gets easier!
