What your favorite turn key companies are?
I am a total beginner in this game looking for a low-priced first-time investment and curious if anybody has any good turnkey companies suggestions? My budget is 150K-200K looking to purchase with a conventional loan.

@Artem Shum What do you consider low priced? Be careful of low end asset classes. They are low priced for a reason and some turn key companies focus on this class of property because there is more inventory. As a new investor, I would recommend sticking with upper Class and B Class properties.
