Mobile Home Park advice
Hi,
I found an off market mobile home park that currently has 20 units, 5 units are currently rented. The property itself seems to be cashflowing right now. I know the park will need some work as several units are in need of repair. This would be my first mobile home park deal. I was seeing if anyone could give me any advice on what to look out for or do that would make this deal a winner or cause me to walk away.
Thanks in advance,
Joseph
