Post: Mobile Home Park advice

Hi,

I found an off market mobile home park that currently has 20 units, 5 units are currently rented.  The property itself seems to be cashflowing right now.  I know the park will need some work as several units are in need of repair.  This would be my first mobile home park deal.  I was seeing if anyone could give me any advice on what to look out for or do that would make this deal a winner or cause me to walk away.

Thanks in advance,

Joseph

Perfect! I found one not to long after I posted.

Hi everyone,

I have a tenant that hasn't paid rent.  I'd like to deliver a late rent notification.  Is there a state specific form I need to deliver to the tenant?  If so would someone point to the right direction where I can find it?  I live in TX.  I tried googling some forms but a lot of sites want me to give my information prior to receiving the form.  Thanks in advance.
