Is Realtor license necessary or beneficial for investors?

Hi everyone, 

Do you suggest that an investor to get a realtor license? If so, would you have any suggestion of the online courses to prepare for TX Realtor License?

    This questions gets asked about once a week on here. You can search if you'd like to spend some time, but the standard answer you'll get is NO it is not necessary. 

    If you're buying a house, just go buy it and ask the seller to take 3% off the price, or allow them to keep the extra 3% to sweeten the deal...

    If you're selling your flip or whatever, there are plenty of vehicles that allow you to safely do so and offer varying degrees of assistance depending on your experience and tolerance levels.
