Finding clients in a hot market

Hi everyone,

This weekend I hosted an open house for my boss and had a line out the door for nearly 2 hours. I had over 20 groups come in which was great and I met some awesome families! However, only 2 groups did not have an agent and after following up they told me they are waiting a few months until they start looking again. A handful of groups mentioned how they have bid on upwards of 15-20 homes and have yet to have any luck. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck finding clients who are looking to buy without an agent, and if so what did you do to get connected with them? Any and all suggestions will help me!

Thanks in advance,

Dave
