Was wondering what list of questions you have laid out when doinh market research? Ex: growing cities? Growth of employment? Landlord friendly states/cities?

please feel free to add anything that you have on hand.

im a soon to be investor and would like some tips on this as iwould like to get started on my research and ask the community on here for help on this.
