HVAC Contractor recommendation in Farmington, Maine

I am looking for an HVAC contractor willing to work in Farmington, Maine. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! One of my units isn't getting adequate heat to two rooms in the apartment. It currently has a Rinnai heater in the living room. One option would be to add another Rinnai unit in the kitchen, but I'd love find someone with the knowledge and experience to evaluate the entire heating situation for the building and work out a long term plan for improvements.
