What are the best books to read for a new REI?

Hello,

I am a newbie to real estate investing and I'd like advice on the best books to read when learning about REI.

I currently have the following books in my shopping cart:

Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner and

How to Invest in Real Estate by Joshua Dorkin & Brandon Turner.

Your recommendations are appreciated.

Thanks,

Heather

Thanks Joe - would you care to elaborate on your statement?

Geometry is the study of problem solving, step by step, and multitasking.

Algebra is the study of executing the plan from Geometry.

REI is nothing but math. Learn how to live on the left side of the equal sign by understanding the Geometry of deals, and being able to arrange the numbers Algebraically so where you live on that left side of the equal sign, is always positive.
