@Jomondre Frink,
I appreciate your response - thank you!
  I will sign-up for the boot camps - I look forward to learning all that I can.

Good luck as well in 2022 - wishing you the best.

I'm considering signing up for the Rookie Bootcamp but I wanted to ask a few questions:
I want to purchase my first investment property - (four family) and I'm wondering if the Rookie Bootcamp and Multifamily Investor Bootcamp would be of help.

Has anyone successfully completed any of the BootCamps?
Did you purchase your first deal / or investment property after completing the bootcamp?
Can you provide any advice - do you feel the bootcamp was worth the money invested?

Thanks,
Heather

@Renee Gray, can you provide more feedback on Bob Diamond's course - how are things going now - have you made money from the business?  I just watched his web class presentation last night, I was looking to get information from someone who has gone through the course.  Are you still working in overages now?

Hello  everyone,

Just an FYI - I purchased my first home, (single-family) last year, but now I'm looking to create a portfolio of small multi-family properties.
I thank you all for the great information, I really appreciate your feedback.

I have a lot of reading to get done - but I'm excited about learning as I take this journey.

@Joe Villeneuve

Thanks Joe - would you care to elaborate on your statement?

Hello,

I am a newbie to real estate investing and I'd like advice on the best books to read when learning about REI.

I currently have the following books in my shopping cart:

Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner and

How to Invest in Real Estate by Joshua Dorkin & Brandon Turner.

Your recommendations are appreciated.

Thanks,

Heather

@Tommi Edwards Hi Tommi, no I haven't but thanks for the advice; I'm going to post on BP for referrals in my area as well. Best Regards, Heather
