Looking for guidance on portfolio financing

Hey there Biggerpockets family! I am a newbie in the treasure coast area (central FL) and I have an opportunity I'd like to seize in purchasing someone's 5-6 SFH portfolio and was looking for some guidance on which route for financing would be best. I have a lot of questions so if you could PM me I'd be eternally grateful!

@Bill Lents

I would reach out to local banks and credit unions to see which ones lend on portfolios in your area. I have found with unique properties or portfolios; it is easier to use a local lender.
