Buying Apartment complex
About much can I expect to pay for a 41 unit apartment complex in north Florida/ southern Georgia? Just ballpark. Where can I look up similar properties of this type that have been sold?

Broad question. Depends on rent, condition, area, bed/bath count, age, etc. Could be 70K-250K per unit. What's your back story? 41 units is a big dive into REI
