Should I go big or go small
I have about $200k to invest in the midwest. I have been looking at some sfr's and duplexes at $150k or less available that I can get into with $30k or less. Is it better to buy a property with 8 to 12 units, or go for several small properties?

Many people go with the "less roofs to manage" principal but that may not be the best approach for you. As Joe was speaking to, either would be good if they're cash flowing.
