Wholesaling
Hello all,
I'm new to wholesaling and have been reading tons of post pertaining to wholesaling and have a question. I have been driving around to find potential property to wholesale and found a few. One in particular was deemed as an unsafe structure and is vacant. Should I proceed to do research on the property and try and find out who owns the property and send them a "yellow letter" or should I not be bothered with it at all because it may need total reconstruction. The property is located on a street with light traffic and is close to schools.
Since I am new I am unsure as to how to proceed, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance!
