Matt,
I looked up the property and the owner is a company listing as a resale, would this mean that the company is possibly handling the rehab or owns the property to do the same as myself. Thanks for the HELP!!!

Hello all, I'm new to wholesaling and have been reading tons of post pertaining to wholesaling and have a question. I have been driving around to find potential property to wholesale and found a few. One in particular was deemed as an unsafe structure and is vacant. Should I proceed to do research on the property and try and find out who owns the property and send them a "yellow letter" or should I not be bothered with it at all because it may need total reconstruction. The property is located on a street with light traffic and is close to schools. Since I am new I am unsure as to how to proceed, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

Karen Margrave and Paul Timmins, it was an honor to serve. Thank you both for the words of encouragement as well as some direction on where to start, I greatly appreciate it.
