First out of state property in the Cleveland area

Hello! I'm an investor from Colorado, looking to make my first foray into out-of-state investing in the Cleveland area. I own several properties here and am looking to purchase a multi-family unit out of state. Up until now, I've self-managed all of my properties. I've got my funding in place, and I've found an agent to work with, but I'm struggling to find a great property manager and lender. I would love to connect with others investing in the area who would be willing to chat about their experience of finding great team members or investing out of state.
