Which website is the best for screening tenants

I have a house in escrow in AZ and it currently has tenants in it. Was told they were going to stay for awhile but things have changed. What companies / websites are people using for screening, credit check etc?

I'm a fan of listing through Zillow, especially if it's your first rental (no fee). Through Zillow, clients pay for the credit/background check, and it's good for every property they apply for. On the landlord/screening side you have the info you need to weed out the automatic no's. It's a very streamlined way to get into the tenant screening and landlord game. Best of luck!
