Book and Learning recommendations.

Hello BP friends. I have been on a book and learning frenzy as I look to grow as an investor. I am looking for recommendations on books. I am a buy and hold investor but I am still working as a contractor. I do not plan to buy single family homes or flip them but I am very interested in multi family and commercial.

Thank you in advance!

Here is what I've read in the last month or so

I would recommend @Brandon Turner's new book on multifamily investing (I haven't read it yet obviously but his other books are good) as well as Joe Fairless's Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book. Dave Lindhal's book Multifamily Millions is also pretty good.
