@Sebastian Giraldo Thank you so much for replying! I appreciate the advice and will definitely take it! I would love to find a mentor, someone I can shadow until I learn the ropes. I just don't know where to look. I guess that's where the networking events might come in handy! I'll be looking into that ASAP.

Ethan,

Thank you so much for your advice! I will definitely do that! Also, should I need an attorney in the near future I'll know where to go!

Hey guys so I am completely new to Real Estate- It's always been something I was interested in but never pursued. That was until recently when I discovered Wholesaling. I'm very interested in getting to "know the biz" as some say. I have so many questions! But I guess the first and most important question is, where do I start?!

I have no idea where to begin seeing as how nobody in my circle knows a lick about real estate or wholesaling. Should I contact a realtor, an attorney? Do I need a LLC or Corp? Do I need a real estate license and if not, should I get it anyways? So many questions!!! Please drop any advice for me below, I am extremely interested and appreciate any and all thoughts and comments. Thank you!

Hey guys so I am 21 years old, and a Insurance Agent in the Houston/Conroe Area. I am looking to get into Real Estate Investing, I watch the videos, listen to podcast, and read the books. Despite all of this I find myself lacking one thing, EXPEIRENCE. That being said my question is; Is now a good time to get started in Real Estate? If I jump in headfirst and get my first home would I be jumping into a sinking ship during 2021? I'd appreciate any advice, thank you!
