need help on how to find the owner of a property case went cold !

hi everybody my name is Anthony and I found a property by driving around 

the windows are boarded up and I spoke to some neighbors and they said the house been like that for a wile I found two peoples names that was last on the deed it went into foreclosure then it came off the foreclosure in I believe 2013 I found the lawyers name and number that handle that but then it goes cold no more info to find them oh and both ladies where born in the 1940s so there in there late 80s or early 90s can someone give me info to help direct me further along this will be my first fix and flip in fact first deal period thanks
