How does it work

Looking for some advice my mother Inlaw has a home that she can’t afford to take care of house needs work she is willing to let me take it off her hands looking for some creative way of doing so with it not coasting me so much out of pocket I want to hold on to it as one of my first rentals

hi everybody my name is Anthony and I found a property by driving around 

the windows are boarded up and I spoke to some neighbors and they said the house been like that for a wile I found two peoples names that was last on the deed it went into foreclosure then it came off the foreclosure in I believe 2013 I found the lawyers name and number that handle that but then it goes cold no more info to find them oh and both ladies where born in the 1940s so there in there late 80s or early 90s can someone give me info to help direct me further along this will be my first fix and flip in fact first deal period thanks

And fix and flip and no haven’t gotten started trying to figure out where you find property to cold call

Man I’ve been trying to get the nerve up and it’s like I’m just not sure of my self how do you build the courage to just do it and find a good deal like I know it when I’m looking at it but then I guess since I never done it it’s the unknown that messes with me

looking to learn from you guys and get started on a new journey
